Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification when it has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and your selected carrier. Available carriers and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout for you to choose from.

International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx based on your location and order details. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Philippines Shipping Orders shipped within the Philippines are fulfilled from our Manila location. Delivery fees are collected upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) by the courier. Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Digital Products The 10-Week Intensive Transformational Life Coaching Program is a service-based product and does not require shipping. Program details and access instructions will be delivered via email after purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
